You are seen one on one, by appointment, with your piece on the desk between you and the person valuing it. Nobody is browsing over your shoulder and nothing is taken into a back room.

Where is your Buckhead office?
We are at 3500 Lenox Rd NE, Suite 1500, Atlanta, GA 30326, a few minutes from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It is a suite inside the building rather than a street level shop, so come up to the fifteenth floor. There is parking on site in the building garage.
Do I need an appointment to sell in Buckhead?
Booking is strongly recommended at this office, and it works in your favor. An appointment means you are taken straight into a private room with a buyer rather than waiting. You can book online or call and we will usually find you a slot the same day.
What are the Buckhead office hours?
The Lenox Road office is open Monday from 10am to 5pm and Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. If those hours do not work, our Wildwood office in Cobb County keeps longer weekday hours and is open on Saturdays.
What do I need to bring?
The piece itself and a valid driver's license or other government photo ID, which Georgia requires for every purchase. Any paperwork you have, such as a grading report, receipt, box or authenticity card, is worth bringing but is never required.
Do you buy diamonds that have never been certified?
Yes. A GIA or other lab report is helpful and speeds things up, but it is not required. If your stone has never been graded, our gemologist grades it during your free appraisal and explains each grade as they go.
Is the Buckhead office a pawn shop?
No. It is a private buying office. We do offer secured loans for people who want cash without parting with a piece, but the appointment is an appraisal and an offer, held one on one in a high rise suite. Nothing about the visit resembles a pawn counter.
Can I get an offer without selling?
Yes, and plenty of people do. The appraisal is free and carries no obligation. You are welcome to take our number, compare it elsewhere in Atlanta, and come back, or simply leave knowing what your piece is worth.
Which of your two offices should I go to?
Whichever is easier to reach. Buckhead on Lenox Road suits anyone in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Midtown or the northeast side. Wildwood in Cobb County suits the west side and keeps longer hours including Saturdays. Both offer the same service and the same offers.
